This project included the design and construction of a floating island and a dock on Langford Lake. The dock is 430m² and the island is 112m². This project took several years of planning and collaboration with Westhills Land Corporation, the City of Langford, and the Provincial Government. The project was completed in 2023 and has become a very popular local amenity during the summer.
