The Beachlands – Colwood, BC

This project is currently underway with the designs and civil construction of a multi-use, ocean-front development. The Beachlands development includes the planning and schematic designs of public amenities as well as commercial and residential areas and underground civil design to provide water, sewer, and storm drain infrastructure. On Point has been involved in this development’s planning and design since the early concepts and has provided survey, design, contract administration and inspections throughout the stages of the project.
