Client: City of Langford
The Centre Mountain Business Park is an 80-hectare industrial development in Langford, British Columbia. In 2022, On Point was engaged to deliver the project’s civil engineering, project management, and contract administration services for the City of Langford’s Local Service Area Agreement – connecting stakeholders.
Our team has led the detailed design and construction of more than two kilometres of municipal roads and civil infrastructure, while master planning land use for over 70 hectares of future development. On Point has also contributed to the design and coordination of regional water supply and sanitary sewer master planning to serve the project and surrounding lands.
To date, On Point has overseen the completion of over 400,000 cubic metres of earthworks and more than one kilometre of municipal roadway and utilities. Through every stage of design and construction, we’ve worked closely with multiple stakeholders to align design, schedule, and intent – keeping the project on track and on budget
