This exciting project involved major frontage upgrades for Goldstream Avenue and Peatt Roads in Langford to support a new multi-institution university campus. The work included the expansion of road frontage to allow a new 2.5m brick-paver sidewalk and curbs and gutters. The major roadways required asphalt repaving as well. A new BC Transit bus stop was designed and installed, including a concrete pull-out bay. Our Project Manager worked with City of Langford for the design of a future, protected intersection implementation as well as partial implementation of the current frontage corner at Goldstream Avenue and Peatt Roads. This new campus opened in September 2025.
