On Point Project Engineers served as Prime Consultant for the South Skirt Mountain Master Planned Community, a landmark development delivering 2,600 new homes plus institutional, commercial, and educational spaces in under a decade. Our team led the full suite of engineering, surveying, tendering, contract administration, and construction inspection services, coordinating five clients and numerous municipal and utility stakeholders. 

A key component of the project was the Bear Mountain Parkway—a 2.2-kilometre arterial road featuring a roundabout, signalized intersection, bike lanes, and a separated sidewalk to support safe, efficient mobility. Infrastructure upgrades included major water supply and distribution systems and four independent pressure zones to meet long-term community demand. 

The master plan also incorporates parks, protected natural areas, and a dedicated school site, creating a connected, livable community designed to support the region’s rapid growth.
