Meridian Foods Fundraiser
All proceeds support the new CBSS presentation screen in the gym. Open to all Charles Best families.
Grad
Grade 12 Parent and Guardian Dinner/Dance
A parents’ and guardians’ night out at the Port Moody Legion, organized by Grade 12 families. All proceeds support After Grad 2027.

Local vendors, student groups and holiday shopping. Date to be confirmed.
What does the PAC do?
We are the voice of parents and caregivers at Charles Best, working with the school to support students. That includes:
- Supporting student activities and extracurricular programs
- Providing scholarships and bursaries
- Funding school initiatives and equipment through the Teachers’ Wish List
- Organizing fundraising activities
- Supporting Grad and After Grad
- Bringing parents together
- Sharing parent perspectives and ideas with the school
- Connecting families with useful resources
Get involved
Every parent and caregiver of a Charles Best student is part of the PAC community. Our fundraisers, events and student-support initiatives depend on people willing to lend a hand. You don’t need to be on the executive to help.
Volunteer
Help at an upcoming event or fundraiser. An hour here and there makes a real difference.
Attend a meeting
Come learn what’s happening at the school and have your voice heard. All parents and caregivers are welcome.
Donate
Support scholarships, clubs, athletics and Grad through the school’s online payment system. Every donation helps.
