An annual community dinner dance organized by Grade 11 parents and guardians. Proceeds reduce the cost of Grad Dinner Dance tickets for the same students the following year.
How it works
Each year in February or March, the parents of the Grade 11 class host a dinner dance for the adult community: parents, guardians, staff, alumni families and friends. It is the one grad fundraiser available to Grade 11 families, and everything raised goes toward lowering Grad Dinner Dance ticket prices for that class in Grade 12.
The evening typically includes dinner, dancing, a silent auction and raffle prizes donated by local businesses. Recent events have been held at the Port Moody Legion.
Get involved
Parents of Grade 11 students are invited to join the Dinner Dance committee. Roles range from planning and decorating to gathering auction donations and selling tickets. No experience needed.
This year’s committee
Each grad class runs its own committee with its own email and social accounts. Contact the PAC Secretary at bestpacsecretary@gmail.com and we’ll connect you with this year’s Grade 11 committee.
Donations
Local businesses and families make the silent auction possible. If you can contribute a product, service, gift card or experience, the committee would love to hear from you. Donors are thanked on this page and at the event.
Thank you to our donors
The list of businesses and organizations who supported the most recent Dinner Dance will be posted here.
